You may help me to fix this problem with BF4.

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my bf4. I explain to you quickly. When I load the game to join a server. My bf4 crashs and it says to me this message. I show you with a picture, maybe one of you knows this problem and could help me coz I asked on EA support, but they don't answer to me, I've already checked on google but no way, nothing works, my driver is updated and same for directX. I don't know really know and I'm lost, and bored. I just want to play this fucking game without restart my comp many times and pray the god to load the game without a crash because it rarely works.

Go to the file where u install the battlefield..., click on the name battlefield 4 file., and then the search to dxsetup (admin use) right mouse button on it and reinstall.., after or before re-start origin then its works ago

than works it again, let me know iff its works again?

Edit: Don't work, still crash.

Didnt they say something about addin a patch that made the game unplayable for some older cards? Since they need a minum driver update that is limited to newer cards?

Try to reinstall DirectX..if that dont work..then you might need to reinstall the OS?..(Check BF4 Forums,might help)

I've already checked on google and bf4 forums, but no one answered to me. EA Support sucks really. That's why I asked to you, maybe one of  you had this problem. I've re-installed all drivers or directX, no way. Plus, I'm not sure it's my OS. I have Windows 7 64 bits Home Premium.

hmm..really not sure how to fix this...Do you run the latest Driver updates?

btw,have you recently been inside the computer?

It's new computer, I've just bought it recently. All of my drivers are updated. That's why It's bored me because I don't know why it crashs.

tbh; The error seems to connected to your graphic card & its drivers...Have you been pokin about inside the computer?(i.e opened it up etc)

Is your graphic card overclocked from the factory?

oh and try and run the game in window mode,that might help as well.

Yes, from factory of Nvidia . I'm going to post a message on nvidia support too.

if its overclocked by them,try to reduce it by -0,50 hertz or something..

It seems there is an allocation issue for the Memory. Uninstall the drivers and install an earlier version. BTW does BF3 work properly?

BF3 has the same problem. On others forums, they told to me buy a new graphic card with 2 gb until 1 gb of ram.
